Good Vibes Only Sound Bath | Friday the 13th

Come join us at Kickbox Cardio for a deeply relaxing and energetically nourishing sound bath experience designed to help you release the stress of the week and float into the weekend feeling calm grounded and restored.

This special Friday the 13th is all about good vibes only! Expect nothing spooky here just a peaceful atmosphere and soul-soothing sounds. You’ll be immersed in the gentle tones of frosted crystal bowls and the expansive frequencies of a Paiste Jupiter Planetary Gong—an incredible vibrational tool for heart expansion and energetic renewal.

To prepare:

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. The session will begin promptly at 7:00 PM to create a serene uninterrupted space for everyone.

What to bring:

Limited yoga mats will be available we recommend bringing your own for added comfort.

Create your personal “sound nest” by bringing your own:

• Yoga mat

• Blanket(s)

• A pillow bolster or towel for under your knees and head (especially for back support)

• Eye pillow or soft cover if you wish

• Anything else that will provide you comfort!

The more cozy and supported you are the deeper your experience will be.

This session is led by Ashley a Reiki Master Akashic Records Practitioner and Sound Healing Practitioner. Her sound baths are intentionally crafted to guide you into energetic harmony and leave you feeling calm rebalanced and renewed from the inside out.
